How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, so nothing leaves your pocket before the piece arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka, 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka, 2–4 working days. We call to confirm your order before dispatch, so keep your phone reachable.
What is the delivery charge?
৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. Delivery is on us once your bag passes ৳4,499. You pick your area at checkout and the total updates before you confirm.
Can I return a piece?
Yes — at the door, while the rider is still with you. Take a look at the piece when he hands it over, and if it is not what you wanted, hand it straight back to him there and then. You cover the return fee, and nothing else is charged. Once the rider has left, the order is complete, so do have that look before he goes.
How do I know it will fit?
Every product carries its own measured size chart — chest, length and sleeve, in inches. Measure a shirt you already love and match the numbers. Still unsure? Message us and we will tell you which size to take.
